Type of soil: calcareous marl.

Solar exposure: South-Est.

Altitude: 280 m.

Grape variety: 100% Moscato.

Vineyard age: 25 years.

Yield: 90 q/ha.

Number of bottles: 1000.

Alcoholic Strenght: 5 % by volume.

Winemaking: pressing of the grapes with immediate separation of the skins and cold (16oC) fermentation, in order to preserve all the aromas.

Colour: straw yellow with tinges of gold.

Nose: orange blossom, honeysuckle, almonds, ginger and fruit dominated by green grapes, citrus tones and ripe peach nuances.

Taste: from pear and apple to orange and lime with consistent appearances in the ripe, juicy peach and apricot category.

Best with: fruit-based desserts, ice creams, Christmas desserts and ideal to prepare cocktails.

Service: temperature 8-10°C.
