Area of production: Neive (CN), Piemonte.

Type of soil: calcareous clay with blue marl.

Solar exposure: West.

Altitude: 300-320 m.

Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo estate produced.

Vineyard age: 10 years.

Yield: 80 q/ha.

Number of bottles: 1200.

Alcohol content: 13.5% in volume.

Winemaking: traditional, with long maceration of the skins (2-3 weeks).

Ageing: 9 months in barriques and 2-3 months in the bottle.

Color: ruby red with thin purple reflexes that will became orange with the ageing.

Nose: neat ample with scents of violet, rose, cinnamon, and raspberry.

Taste: full, harmonious, slightly dry with a “chewy” finish.

Best with: red meat dishes, cold cuts and poultry.

Service temperature: 18-20°C.
