Nose: neat, ample, with notes of sweet tobacco, liquorice, vanilla and violet
Taste: full, harmonious with a pleasant dry finish
Best with: pasta with truffles, red meats, wild game, seasoned cheeses. Here is an idea: try with dark choccolate!
